We specialize in & encourage fondant covered cakes. All cakes are crumb coated with buttercream.
We use Satin Ice Fondant.
We do most of our detail work on fondant-covered cakes. Fondant covering helps to keep the cake fresh and structurally sound - very important for distant deliveries.
If you don't like fondant, simply peel it off - trust us, no one will force you to eat it.
As with any decorations, fondant usage is part of the decoration, if you will.
