Pertinent Service Info

Local delivery service is encouraged - $15 or .35/mile round trip, whichever is greater.  Customer waives all liability on us if they forego our delivery service.  We plan for each project, we will not replace damaged cakes by customers.  Take advantage of our delivery service, it's your peace of mind.

Long distance delivery - call for an estimate of delivery cost.  Minimum cake order of $500 applies.  Our service area covers 380-mile radius from Chandler, AZ.  Overnight expenditures may be included for deliveries requiring an overnight stay.

Cakes requiring more than an hour onsite work will incur a $45 setup fee.  Applies mostly to wedding cakes with extensive floral arrangements.

Fresh floral sprays are provided by the customer.  Inquire with your florist to avoid beautiful but toxic flowers.  You can google this information.

Edible floral sprays, silk flowers, and/or custom figurines are provided at additional costs, AND are sold with cake orders only.

Local & state taxes apply to all orders.

Hotel costs to be included for deliveries requiring an overnight stay.  And yes, we are willing to travel by car.

COMMITMENT - All bookings are confirmed with a deposit.  Merely obtaining a quote or expressing interest does not confirm a commitment. 

DEPOSIT - required deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward cake order balance.  Your deposit is your commitment, we reserve a timeslot for you, which most likely resulted in us turning away other potential customers vying for the same date/time.  The funds may also cover any planning, design and/or actual work that may have commenced already.

PAYMENT PLAN - Take advantage of our incremental payment plan - you're in charge, pay as often and as much as you would like.  Full payment must be made 1 week prior to delivery or pick up.
